Using the techniques for casting and analysis that we have gained up to now from our main business of metal molds as a base, and by taking advantage of the 2009 Support Project for Small and Medium Manufacturers’ Product Development subsidized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, we were able in 2010 to succeed in casting prototype airtight hydraulic components with no internal defects using the low speed die casting process. In addition, the acquisition of high-precision processing technology through the introduction of the micron-precision CNC lathe line, and the building of an advanced quality assurance system with the introduction of the latest quality inspection equipment, enabled us to conduct integrated production from casting and machining to inspection.
