We completed building a metal mold factory at our Chinese subsidiary in 2006, and began supplying Japanese car makers with metal molds. After that, we entered into business with Chinese automakers that has resulted in ongoing positive results. Furthermore, through cooperation between our head office and Chinese subsidiary, we are able to provide low cost, high quality metal molds. If our customer's schedule allows, it may be possible to utilize our Chinese subsidiary's Dalian Factory to lower costs by 10-30%. Through the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) we are able to seamlessly exchange data between our head office and the Dalian factory, and it is also possible to divide the work and conduct manufacturing at two locations to shorten delivery times. Furthermore, both our head office and Dairen factory have solid security management which means there are no leaks of confidential information.
