We introduced casting simulation software to our company in 1990 and low pressure casting machines in 1992, after which we began trial casting of car and motorcycle engine parts. We procured horizontal and vertical split shell machines and coordinate-measuring machines from 1998 to 2005. We also procured 800t and 350t die cast machines between 2007 and 2010, allowing us to establish an integrated manufacturing structure (including gating system design, mold design, mold making, trial casting and testing) for low pressure casting and die casting molds, and techniques for assuring the quality of trial casting products. Having the ability to provide high quality, dependable and low cost products is something we can be proud of, not only domestically but also internationally.

We are able to provide low cost through cooperation with our international divisions.

If our customer's schedule allows, it may be possible to utilize our Chinese subsidiary's Dalian Factory to lower costs by 10-30%. Through the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) we are able to seamlessly exchange data between our head office and the Dalian factory, and it is also possible to divide the work and conduct manufacturing at two locations to shorten delivery times. Furthermore, both our head office and Dairen factory have solid security management which means there are no leaks of confidential information.

During the fiscal year ending 3/31/2012, we had annual orders of approximately 350 molds consisting of a total of 23,600 parts and involving total manufacturing processes equaling 83,000. Our on-time delivery rate was 100%. One of the essential factors supporting this delivery compliance percentage is our proprietary production management system, which was developed over three years using the intelligence of a 10 member project team. A non-stop work flow consisting of Order, Planning, Procurement, Design, Machining, Inspection, Assembly, and Shipping is implemented through total "Visualization".
